FAQ on Family Time changes for HB1194

FAQ on Family Time changes for HB1194

DCYF has put together an FAQ for caregivers on the changes to Family Time that apply as of this weekend, Sunday July 25.

A core point they make is that DCYF has no requirement for a caregiver to provide, arrange or transport the child to the visit. Foster parents must make the child available for visits, but they are not required to supervise or provide transportation. (If you are licensed through an agency, they may require you to do these things anyway).
