A partnership between several organizations has created Tech Connect WA, a free community helpdesk available by phone, email, or live chat. They are available for internet connection problems, hardware advice, technical guidance, web browsing support, and connections to other community resources.
The helpdesk speaks Afaan Oromoo, Amharic, English, Khmer, Sidama, Spanish, Tigrinya and Wolaytto.
