A workgroup within DCYF recently released new versions of the Caregiver Report to the Court. This seems to have been a sudden change and not everyone in the system is aware of it, so currently foster parents are free to use these new forms or the old forms.
(Reminder: the Department is required to notify foster parents of court dates for the child, and foster parents have the right to attend court hearings and to submit a caregiver report to the court each time)
