Community Health Care, a Foster Care Center of Excellence partner in Pierce County (Tacoma), is soft-launching their foster care/adoption clinic. In addition to integrated behavioral health and primary care services (as well as dental services on-site), they are deeply familiar with DCYF requirements like CHET and initial medical examinations.
Community Health Care’s Hilltop clinic is an option for youth in foster care, kinship care, adoption support, and Extended Foster Care – and their carer families.
As this is their ‘soft’ opening they will have morning hours only on Monday, Thursdays, and Fridays at this time, but will be able to increase hours as demand increases.
