The Department of Children, Youth, and Families has proposed new procedural rules that explain how to apply for a certificate of parental improvement as well as the departmental review and administrative hearing processes to be followed if an application is denied. Comments about the proposed rules can be made using DCYF’s online comment portal or emailed to DCYF’s Rules Coordinator – January 26, 2021 is the last day to comment.
