Free Virtual Youth Mental Health First Aid Class

Seattle Children’s, with support from King County Behavioral Health and Recovery Division and Chad’s Legacy Project, is offering Youth Mental Health First classes for adults who regularly interact with young people. Students will gain skills on how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) in crisis and non-crisis situations experiencing a mental health challenge. The virtual class is a two-part series that includes a self-guided and live instructor-led courses. This class is free to all adults that live in King County.
