The team at Treehouse is conducting a survey to help inform the programs and services they provide to support youth and families.
This survey will ask questions pertaining to your experiences as a caregiver and your thoughts on how we can best support you. Our goal is to gather information to identify current barriers and potential solutions to improve academic outcomes and address disparities for youth who experience foster care.
If you choose to participate in this survey, your identity will be kept confidential. Your name will not be associated with your responses, and identifying information will not be shared with anyone outside of the people conducting this survey.
