Update to screening questions for Family Time Visits

The Department of Health (DOH) updated the COVID-19 screening questions. The change essentially swaps “two of the following symptoms” with “any of the following symptoms.” After consulting with DOH, we updated the following “Family Time In-Person Visitation Protocol During COVID-19” guidance publications to reflect this change:

• CWP_0056 – Family Time Providers
• CWP_057 – Parent Information 
• CWP_0058 – Foster Parent and Kinship Caregiver information
