A second filing of the emergency WAC regarding the Extended Foster Care program, based on the 2013 legislation, became effective November 22, 2013. The emergency rule expires March 13, 2014. Children’s Administration appreciates your on-going participation in reviewing the proposed emergency WAC’s for the extended foster care program. Your comments helped us with rule development that will support consistent use of this program across the state.
